The 3rd Annual Bermuda Billfish Blast was stop number seven of the 2008 MTU Legend Series. This event drew 40 boats and 240 anglers. Prizes totaling $243,000 tempted the anglers to raise and release 39 billfish for this event. In the Legend Series, Que Mas of Tavernier, FL collected top tournament honors, followed by Perfect Parts and Dana Ann.
